Locations and guest lists

Whether your conference is within Canada or outside of Canada, my services encompass the entire scope of work from tendering for locations to organizing out of country conferences. I have executed countless conferences and business meetings within Canada, from the East coast to the West, but also have experience in more logistically challenging locations, having organized events in locations including Mexico, Jamaica, and onboard a cruise ship in the Caribbean.

My events are scalable from intimate get-togethers (20 people) to largescale events (1,200+ people). Attendees at my events have included heads of multi-national corporations and government dignitaries, where certain protocols must be observed.

A proud moment

I am proud to have managed a large charity event in Halifax for several years. It was the first large event at the Halifax Convention Centre in 2021, hosting 700 guests. It is the most successful fundraiser for this hospital charity in its history and draws participation from national and international companies alike.

I grew this event from 300 guests to a thriving guestlist of nearly triple the attendance. It is now a well-recognized charity for the children’s hospitals in Atlantic Canada.

I am known throughout the industry for working to strict deadlines, juggling priorities and taking care of the important personal details for discerning executives. I excel under these circumstances and will deliver an unforgettable event. Not all events go exactly according to plan. Whether it’s a weather issue, a guest speaker that doesn’t show, or even a medical emergency, an event planner must be prepared to act quickly and effectively, while keeping the disruption to the delegates to a minimum. I can (and have) manage damage control with a calming demeanour and deliver effective solutions. This ability to adapt can be crucial, sometimes proving even more important than the initial planning.
